In the age of all things digital … and all things coronavirus-related this year … the Avalon Free Public Library is at the forefront of programming by planning ahead and jumping on the opportunity to offer a wide array of summer programs, digitally!

Stone Harbor is hosting its weekly Farmers Market every Sunday this summer from 8am-12:30pm at the 95th Street Water Tower Parking Lot, but it’s a little different this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

John Richardson, an Avalon resident and Middle Township High School industrial-arts teacher, was honored by the school last year by declaring June 3 National John Richardson Day – a nod to his sense of humor, as he is known as the school’s prankster.
