Join Ocean Galleries for the return of famed 16-year-old artist Autumn de Forest in her fourth appearance. The young artist has said she finds inspiration in the studies of dreams and psychology, and her works explore a variety of styles and themes, often using canvases larger than herself.
Again and Again and Again…
Last summer I was sitting on the beach eating an ice cream sandwich and watching a man in his early 30s hurtling his young daughter up and down in the surf. This was clearly entertaining her immensely, and every time Dad caught her, she would scream, “Again!”

It’s hard to believe that summer is over. Every year it seems to go by faster and faster! Now it’s time to go back to school, back to sports and just back to the craziness that the fall months bring.
Beach Reads
The promise of an endless summer is what helps get me through what the locals consider the hectic summer months and the vacationers call the dog days of summer. Either way, what an incredible and fun summer it was! School is back in session and life is returning to a more structured schedule and pace.

If your summer was like mine, it flew by at a ridiculous rate. Maybe it’s because we wait all year for it to arrive, or maybe it’s because we had so much fun. Either way, the inevitable is upon us and school will be starting soon.
Fishing Around: Answering a Boatload of Questions
What a great summer it’s been! We enjoyed great back-bay flounder fishing and terrific tuna fishing in the offshore canyons in June and early July.
