Try the Lemon Drop Martini as you experience the Bellevue’s classic and casual cuisine. Stop in to watch a game or catch up with friends as you enjoy its laid-back, hometown feel. This crisp and refreshing cocktail is perfect to enjoy this spring with all the beautiful days ahead.

Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Citron vodka

  • 1 ounce Cointreau

  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • Sugar-rimmed martini glass

  • Lemon peel

Directions:

Add vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.
