THOMAS BAILEY
OCEAN CITY HIGH SCHOOL

Thomas James Bailey will graduate with academic honors from Ocean City High School. The son of Jim and Jennifer Bailey of Avalon, he plans to attend Towson University. Thomas played lacrosse all four years of high school and also played recreational basketball. He will work at Avalon Supermarket this summer before heading off to college.

JENNA DiPASQUALE
MIDDLE TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL

Jenna DiPasquale is graduating from Middle Township High School in June. The daughter of Sam and Megan DiPasquale of Avalon, Jenna plans to attend Coastal Carolina University. She attended Stone Harbor and Avalon schools before going to high school. Throughout her four years at MTHS, Jenna played tennis and ran track and field. She also was a member of the National Honor Society. This summer, Jenna will work at Nesting in Stone Harbor and babysit for local families before heading off to college.

ANDREW BUCHANAN
UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA

Andrew Buchanan, the son of Drew and Gwen Buchanan of Avalon, graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in psychology and a minor in criminology. He attended Avalon Elementary School and Cape May County Technical High School. Andrew is an avid marksman and enjoys going to the range in his free time. He is pursuing employment as a police officer in Florida.

SEAN METZLER
STOCKTON UNIVERSITY

Sean Michael Metzler, the son of Irene and Gregg Metzler of Avalon, graduated in December 2020 from Stockton University’s School of Business. A graduate of Avalon Elementary and Ocean City High School, Sean was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society, the National Model United Nations, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. After taking on a full roster of college courses through high school and during his time at Stockton, Sean completed his four-year degree in two years. Sean is a professionally trained bench jeweler and plans to continue to build his career and offer his skills through a full range of jewelry repair, restoration, and custom design services in his family’s business, Jewelry Studio, in Stone Harbor.
