These young ladies are hamming it up for the camera on Avalon’s beach around 40th Street. Here, they appear to be Avalon’s version of the Rockettes in this long-forgotten June 1977 snapshot. We’d love it if you could help us identify these bathing beauties ... but shhh! Let’s keep this photo a secret. We don’t want their grandchildren to see it.
