This refreshing cocktail, known as the Piñata, is best enjoyed on a hot summer day, as it combines Tequila Blanco, homemade lime and lemon mix, diced cilantro, roasted pineapple, agave nectar, and cilantro leaves. Stay cool this summer by sipping on the Piñata at Quahog’s!
The Piñata
Ingredients:
2 ounces Tequila Blanco
1 ounce roasted pineapple
½ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce homemade lime lemon mix
½ teaspoon diced cilantro
3-4 cilantro leaves
Directions:
Combine Tequila Blanco, roasted pineapple, lemon and lime juice mixed together, diced cilantro, agave nectar, and cilantro leaves over ice and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf and cilantro sprig.
