Keller Williams Jersey Shore opened its doors in Avalon this summer at 2170 Dune Drive. The company celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 19. The company, under leadership of Broker/Operating Principle Paul Chiolo, now has locations in Margate, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest and Avalon.
“Avalon has always been a part of our vision here at Keller Williams Jersey Shore,” Chiolo says. “Strategically, we originally launched in Ocean City to focus on the northern portion of Cape May County. Now that we have a stronghold there, our next step is to continue our growth plan in southern Cape May County, and Avalon is the perfect place for further growth.”
Chiolo opened Oceanside Realty in 1991 and operated in Wildwood Crest. He later sought out a company that would enhance the education available for his sales team and found Keller Williams to be a natural fit. The company opened its first franchise location as Keller Williams Jersey Shore in 2011 and has expanded to offer locations along the Jersey coast, with the Avalon location being its sixth. Michael Powers serves as the managing broker of the Avalon office.
Keller Williams Jersey Shore is a full-service real estate sales brokerage in both residential and commercial sales. The company also specializes in vacation rentals on all the Jersey Shore islands, including Seven Mile now. The company includes more than 160 agents ready to assist with buying, selling or renting. Keller Williams Jersey Shore offices are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
